Proteger a cada trabajador — sin importar el idioma — a través de capacitación experta y bilingüe en salud y seguridad que cumple con los más altos estándares de OSHA y la industria.
Every course, every handout, every instructor — fully bilingual in English and Spanish from day one.
We are an OSHA-authorized training provider, delivering courses that meet federal compliance requirements.
We tailor training to the real hazards your workers face — shipyards, general industry, and DOT environments.
Our Story / Nuestra Historia
Where We Come From
Ally Bilingual EHS was founded on a simple but urgent observation: too many workers were being injured or killed on the job because safety training wasn't reaching them in a language they understood.
With over 30 years of combined experience in occupational health and safety, our founders built a training company from the ground up — one that treats bilingual delivery not as an add-on, but as the foundation of everything we do.
Today, we've trained more than 5,000 workers across Texas and the Gulf Coast region, partnering with shipyards, manufacturers, and transportation companies to build safer, more compliant workplaces.
Our Instructors / Nuestros Instructores
Credentialed. Experienced. Bilingual.
Every Ally instructor is a credentialed safety professional with real-world field experience — and fluency in both English and Spanish.
OSHA Compliance Background
All Ally Bilingual EHS training programs are developed and delivered in accordance with OSHA standards under 29 CFR 1910 (General Industry), 29 CFR 1915 (Shipyards), and 49 CFR (DOT). Our instructors hold current OSHA Outreach Trainer authorizations and maintain continuing education requirements to stay current with regulatory changes.
